IMPLEMENTING CHANGES:

  1. Ask for a copy of records showing pesticide applications for the past year.  Include building and grounds.
  2. Ask for the name of the pesticide used.

  4. How frequently are they applied?
  5. Where are they applied?
  6. Who makes the application?  Are they certified?
  7. How much do they charge?
  8. How are people notified before and after applications?

IMPLEMENTING LESS TOXIC OR NON-TOXIC ALTERNATIVES

  1. What pest or problem are they trying to control?
  2. a.  Offer alternatives & share resources.
    b.  Suggest they contact NYCAP, NCAMP or have someone come and give a presentation
