S.A.F.E. PRACTICES

S.A.F.E. is dedicated to working with your organization or community in helping to educate and gain support of the least toxic practices that are safe for the environment and human health.

S.A.F.E. also acts as a highly informed task force and clearing house.  Our network supplies documentation and distinguished experts who are thoroughly familiar with the dangers of harmful chemicals and pesticides. 

Our current projects include:

•  Helping communities address concerns of the West Nile Virus.

• Working with local, Federal and State Governments to assure a measured approach is achieved when dealing with mosquito and insect borne disease and to create safe mosquito control plans that emphasize prevention.

• Illustrating a risk/benefit analysis of pesticide spraying vs. our overriding concern of protecting the safety and welfare of citizens and the environment.

• Assisting Parent/Teacher Organizations, Town Officials and Local/State Legislators to support safer and sustainable solutions.

• Assuring the public has accurate, timely access to government decisions regarding pest applications.
